PeopleReady of Wixom, MI is now hiring Press Operators! The press operator must set up each custom job based on production order. Including Paper, Die Cut and printing plates mounted and put in the press making the job track through the press and run the job in register.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour This range is a goodfaith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

What you'll be doing as a Press Operator:

• As the job runs, the pressman must stand an adjust register as it runs. When the job is finished, the press operator must pull the plates

• off the cylinders, pulled any inks not required for the next job, pull the die and put in the required die for the next job When

• set up, get approval on the next job.

• At the end of shift, the press needs to be broken down and cleaned

Available Shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job Requirements:

• lifting-some tools heavy

• Rolls of paper heavy,

• Finished rolls heavy.

• Pressman will be on feet most of the day.

• Good eyesight as you use watch printing as it runs through press.

• Must not be color blind.
