PeopleReady of Waco, TX is now hiring Production Mig Welders! seeking full-time, high-performing production MIG Welder with AT LEAST 3 years of experience on the job. The main responsibility will be to weld steel assemblies including enclosures, frames, and other weldments.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 $20 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Production Mig Welder:
Can efficiently and accurately produce welded goods according to the production schedule.
Can read engineering blueprints and understand weld symbols on prints.
Can use a variety of measuring tools and methods.
Is able fit up large, sometimes complex weldments with accuracy.
Can manage welding projects with some potential oversight of other welders.
Is interesting in leading weld innovation for our shop, from improving our welding process to learning and running a robotic welding center.
Extra pay available for anyone with TIG welding experience or capabilities.
In general someone who is able to follow directions, open to learning new things, has a positive attitude, and works well with others.
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift - Day
Job requirements:
Experience required -applicants will be required to participate in a weld test.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Steel-toe boots are required.
Background check and drug screening required
