PeopleReady of Trumbull, CT is now hiring Banquet Servers! As a Banquet Server, Associates will be Setting up/Breaking down events, and serving food and drink to event attendees.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Banquet Server:

  • Prepare banquet room, tables, and buffet  

  • Serve food and drinks  

  • Clear tables as needed and keep drinks filled 

  • Communicate special meal requirements to the kitchen staff 

  • Greet, guide, and thank guests

  • Table Set up (Proper Table setting)

  • Event Break Down (clearing tables, moving tables and chairs, removing decorations)

  • Plated or banquet serving to guests 

Available shifts:

 Shift Timings: All Available

Job requirements:

  • Experience with plated and buffet style serving

  • Able to lift up to 35lbs

  • Able to stand and walk for 8 hours

  • Background check required
