PeopleReady Electrical Foreman in Simpsonville, South Carolina
Electrical Foreman working position that manages crews of up to 10 on commercial and light industrial electrical projects throughout Greenville and surrounding counties.
Note:The pay rate for this job is $30 - $32 / hour
Responsibilities:
Responsible for safety and field labor on assigned project
Review individual crew daily JHA for compliance
Attend weekly crew safety meetings to ensure employees are engaged
Work with Safety management to assess and prepare for any work on roof tops, openings, or leading edges
Track production of crew members and set attainable goals Work with
Project Manager for Spec aid and communicate specifications to crew
Foreman Utilize at 2-3 week planner to outline plan for crew labor, materials, and tools Keep accurate records and progress drawings Lead by example in a professional manner
Communicate any document conflicts with project management
Ensure all work meets NEC, state, and federal code
Review crew time and materials and report daily
Coordinate with Prefab Coordinator and/or Project Manager
Report all accidents, injuries, and near misses to Safety department along with field management immediately
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience with electrical construction on commercial projects
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory Foreman position
Be a leader of all personnel Knowledge of plans and specifications relating to electrical / FA / LV / systems / lighting / etc.
Full working knowledge of NFPA 70 OSHA 30 CPR / Basic First Aid
