Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20.42 / hour
What you'll be doing as a Guest Services Representative:
Assist attendees, exhibitors, and other staff members throughout the event.
Provide information about schedules, directions, facilities, and other inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
Monitor crowds, the flow of guests boarding escalators, and ensure guest safety at all times.
Use critical thinking skills to successfully assist convention guests, vendors, and staff.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Available Shifts:
Shift timings: 1st Shift (Day) and 2nd Shift (Afternoon)
AM-Shift
July 19th- orientation/training day from 1pm-7:30pm
July 24, 2024 Wednesday - 10:00 am – 2:00pm
July 25, 2024 Thursday - 6:00am – 1:00pm
July 26, 2024 Friday - 6:00am – 1:00pm
July 27, 2024 Saturday - 6:00am – 1:00pm
July 28, 2024 Sunday - 6:00am – 12:00pm
PM- Shift
July 19th- orientation/training day from 1pm-7:30pm
July 24, 2024- Wednesday - 3:00 pm – 9:00pm
July 25, 2024- Thursday - 12:00pm – 7:00pm
July 26, 2024- Friday - 12:00pm – 7:00pm
July 27, 2024- Saturday - 12:00pm – 7:00pm
July 28, 2024- Sunday - 11:00am – 5:00pm
Job Requirements:
Must be comfortable working in a high stress and crowded environment.
Must be a critical thinker and display effective communication at all times.
Must have good multitasking abilities.
Must have a professional appearance.
Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time, walk up and down stairs, and lift up to 50lbs.
Must work the full event.
Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening
