Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour.
What you'll be doing as a Foreman:
We need you to manage workshop and mill jobs and keep workers effectively moving through a full daily work load.
Must have references, must have professional, cheerful presence.
Must be a confident self directed person, who can hit the ground running without too much direction from the Owner.
Must have strong organizational skills, know how to use and take great care of tools and equipment, organize wood lots and develop inventory systems.
The goal is to take a prideful "ownership" of the workshop and lighten the Project Managers load, so he can be in the field and with clients.
Available shifts:
Shift timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Must be Knowledgeable in wood products, experience in shop mathematics, ability to read blueprints, field measure, ability to use a variety of hand and power shop tools of carpentry trades.
Must be able to independently lift and maneuver large bulky and hard to grasp objects weighing up to 80 pounds or heavier if required.
Bilingual is a plus.
