Note:The pay rate for this job is $35 - $40 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Pipes, fixtures, and fittings for water supply, drainage, and waste water disposal 

• Heating and cooling systems

• Sprinkler systems for fire suppression

• Identifying the source of leaks, clogs, or other problems

• Determining the appropriate repair or replacement solutions

• Piping and fixture installs in units

 Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumbing license in Utah

• OSHA 10 is required

• Following safety protocols and using personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Collaborating with electricians, HVAC technicians, and other professionals to complete projects
