PeopleReady Skilled Trades is looking for dedicated HVAC Sheet Metal Installers in Salinas, CA , to be on our team! If you have experience with Commercial and/or Industrial Sheet Metal Installation (HVAC) we want to hear from you and strongly encourage you to apply today!
Pay Rate: The pay rate for this job is $28 - $42 / hour

Responsibilities:
Install HVAC distribution lines and equipment according to design plans
Use hand tools and portable power tools in the installation of joints of duct such as slide and drive, TDF, snap lock, and other assemblies as required
Layout openings and coordinates with other trades
Lay out reference points for installation of structural and functional components, using measuring instruments.
B raze metal parts or components.
Inspects assemblies and installation for quality assurance
Works safely, encourages others to do so, and complies with applicable health and safety-related rules, regulations, and procedures
Qualifications:
E-Verify - Eligible to work in the USA
Ability to Braze or "Brazer" (preferred but not mandatory)
Previous experience with Industrial and Commercial HVAC installation (required)
Reliable transportation to and from jobsites
Bring to job each day proper HVAC tools needed
Basic math skills , addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division on the fly
Able to lift 50 pounds in order to load and unload metal and other materials
