Production Worker
PeopleReady of Richmond, IN is now hiring Production Workers! As a Production Worker, you will assemble and inspect products and ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards. Peopleready Richmond has immediate openings for entry-level production worker positions. A production worker is responsible for assembling and checking product parts, ensuring that all machinery runs smoothly, and assisting in the shipment of items. Production Associates perform a variety tasks to strive for their main goal of ensuring that manufactured products meet certain standards of quality.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $14 - $16 /hour
What you'll be doing as a Production Worker:
Feed raw materials into production machinery
Assemble goods on production lines
Carry out basic quality and testing checks
Store goods and raw materials properly in a warehouse
Pack goods to be shipped
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) and 3rd Shift (Night)
Job requirements:
Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not necessary
Able to be in a stationary position for 8 to10 hours
Able to multitask, show flexibility, and have great attention to detail
Background check and drug test required
