Note: The hourly rate for this position is $22 - $30 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:
Assisting the accounting team with:
Receiving/organizing, distributing, entering/posting, and routing of all invoices
Process weekly check runs
Reconcile statements
Enter credit card charges
Various other tasks involved in accounting
Qualifications:
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
2+ years relevant accounting work experience
Strong organizational skills ·
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks at once ·
Driver's License
Experience in Foundation Software and Degree in Accounting preferred
