The pay rate for this job is $20 - $25 / hour
Job Responsibilities:
Read and interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and work orders to plan and execute framing and drywall installation tasks.
Measure, cut, and assemble metal studs, tracks, and other framing components to create walls, soffits, and other structural elements.
Install 5/8" drywall panels, including cutting, fitting, and securing the drywall to the metal framing.
Ensure proper taping, mudding, and sanding of drywall joints and fasteners to provide a smooth, seamless finish.
Qualifications & Experience:
OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Journeyman Carpenter in commercial and/or residential construction
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications
Extensive knowledge of metal stud framing techniques and 5/8" drywall installation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
