The pay rate for this job is $30 / hour
Job Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and provide appropriate solutions
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning drains and replacing worn-out parts
Diagnose plumbing problems and provide accurate estimates for repairs or replacements
Adhere to safety protocols and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations
Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Skills: -
Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, materials, and tools
Experience in remodeling projects and construction plumbing
Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
Understanding of basic math calculations for measuring and cutting pipes
Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing
Familiar with all aspects of commercial plumbing.
Above ground water piping and underground sewer piping. Installing all types of fixtures.
Qualifications & Experience:
Strong knowledge of plumbing techniques, materials, and tools
