Note: The pay rate for this job is $21 - $23 / hour
Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will support the team in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring efficiency and safety on the job site.
Material Handling- Transport and organize materials, tools, and equipment required for HVAC tasks.
Assisting with Installations- Aid in the installation of HVAC systems, including ducts, pipes, and equipment, under the supervision of experienced technicians.
Site Preparation- Prepare and clean work areas, ensuring all tools and materials are ready for use.
Tool Maintenance- Maintain and clean tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and readily available.
Safety Compliance- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Basic Repairs- Perform basic HVAC tasks, such as replacing filters and cleaning coils, under supervision.
System Inspections- Assist in inspecting HVAC systems to identify potential issues or areas needing maintenance.
Documentation- Record materials used and tasks completed as directed by the supervising technician.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HVAC Helper, with a focus on commercial plumbing projects.
Understanding of commercial HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
Prior experience using Hand tools, Power tools required.
Position may require a drug screen Background check required
