We are looking to hire efficient flat roof installers and laborers to repair and install roofing systems. The ideal candidates will sustain good working relations with our clients, have at least 2 years experience with EPDM, Mop-down or TPO systems, and have the ability to work with little to no supervision. 

Note: The pay rate for this job is $20 - $24 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Inspect roof structure, clearing hazards and debris.

• Safely installing scaffolding, ladders, and roof hoist equipment as needed for roof access.

• Mop and pour hot asphalt and tar onto low or steep roof base while applying gravel or peddle using rakes or staff-bristle.

• Spray treatment chemicals, install vapor barriers, and/or caulking.

• Repair, replace, or remove broken materials.

 Qualifications:

• At least 2 yrs. roofing experience (EPDM, Mop-down or TPO systems) strongly preferred.

• OSHA certified or willingness to obtain along with knowledge of safety practices and regulations such as fall prevention.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. safely and on a consistent basis.

• Ability to work in various weather conditions.

• Self-motivated with great attention to detail.

• Ability to work overtime as needed.
