One of our clients is currently seeking Fill Station Operators to oversee the filling and weighing of cement trucks entering and exiting their facility.
As a Fill Station Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring accurate weight measurements and compliance with regulations to ensure efficient operations.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $15 / hour.
What you'll be doing as a Fill Station Operator:
Operate weigh station equipment to accurately measure the weight of cement trucks entering and exiting the facility.
Record and document truck weights, including load weights and empty weights, using computerized or manual systems.
Verify paperwork and documentation accompanying each truck, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Communicate effectively with truck drivers and other personnel to coordinate weighing procedures and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of weigh station equipment
Monitor traffic flow at the weigh station and prioritize trucks for weighing
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and dispatch
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
Previous experience operating weigh station equipment or similar industrial scales is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately record and document information.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with truck drivers and colleagues.
Basic computer skills for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Background check and drug screening required.
